Program Registration Includes:
Running 101 prepares you to cross the finish line injury free! This program focuses on individuals who have never run before, those looking to get back into running, and individuals that want to improve their current race times and/or improve their overall fitness. Click HERE to register.

ALL orientation dates will include a group run.
ALL runs take place on Saturday mornings @ 6am.
Training runs will include varied terrains to better prepare you for your upcoming race.
Running group will participate in local races together.
This program is designed to take the couch potato from the couch to the
finish line!
