PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: RUNNING 101
Now Training for the 2010 P.F. Chang's Half Marathon
Race Date: Sunday, January 17, 2010
Running 101 prepares you to cross the finish line injury free! This program focuses on individuals who have never run before, those looking to get back into running, and individuals that want to improve their current race times and/or improve their overall fitness. Click HERE to register.
WHO: Anyone & Everyone
WHAT: Half Marathon Training Program (15-week training program)
Includes: base building, endurance, speed training and tapering
WHEN: Orientation dates: Saturday, Sept. 26 & Oct. 3, 2009
Official Training Program begins: Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009

COST: New Members: $130 on or before Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009
Returning Members: $110 on or before Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009
($10 price increase after Oct. 10, 2009)

ALL orientation dates will include a group run.
ALL runs take place on Saturday mornings @ 6am.
Training runs will include varied terrains to better prepare you for your upcoming race.
Running group will participate in local races together.

finish line!
