PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: RUNNING 101 New to running? Has it been a while since you laced up your running shoes and your ready to hit the road again? Have you been wanting to do a 5K, 10K or a Half Marathon and you just don't know where to begin? If you answered "YES" to any of the above, this program is for YOU! Running 101 prepares you to cross the finish line injury free! This program focuses on individuals who have never run before, those looking to get back into running, and individuals that want to improve their current race times and/or improve their overall fitness.
10K Training Program (8-12 week training program) 5K Training Program (6-10 week training program) Includes base building & endurance
In-person where available.
COST: New Members: starting at $30 per week --Cost of program is determined by the specific needs of the individual and detail of training requested
